1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HomeTutor Nagpur platform ("Service"), provided in technology partnership with Curve Metrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Tutors & Coaching Institutes Obligations

• All profiles, credentials, academic qualifications, and batch timings must be accurate and truthful.
• Institutes and tutors agree to abide by safe child protection practices and respectful communication with students and parents.
• Profiles undergo moderation. Misrepresentation or fraudulent claims will result in immediate profile suspension.

3. Parent & Student Enquiries

Our platform provides direct discovery and enquiry services. We facilitate communication between learners and educators. While we screen and review profiles, parents are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before final commitments.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Subscription plans (Free, Beginner, and Pro) provide educators with tiered directory visibility and student management features. Payments processed through PayU or bank transfers are subject to our billing and renewal policies.

5. Technology & Intellectual Property

All design systems, trademarks, software code, and branding elements are the intellectual property of HomeTutor and Curve Metrics. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
